PRIVATE PILOT INFORMATION
A clear starting point.
Brighter Management is a Brighter Trading product. We’re working with businesses through assisted private pilots before a wider commercial launch. We agree the available features, setup, support and commercial terms with each pilot business.
Your company workspace
Each person uses their own sign-in. Company owners manage staff and driver access. Access checks apply to company records and documents; a company selected in the browser does not itself grant access. Drivers see work assigned to their driver profile.
Brighter administrators use an authenticator and can enter a company through a recorded support session that expires after 30 minutes.
Records and documents
The portal stores business records in Cloudflare D1 and files such as proof-of-delivery PDFs in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Cloudflare provides hosting and infrastructure. We do not promise that all processing stays in Australia.
A driver can save a delivery draft on the device being used. A delivery is confirmed only after the server has saved it and its PDF. This is not a promise of unattended background synchronisation.

The walkthrough links on this website open your email application. If you email us, we receive the information you include so we can respond to your enquiry. Please send business contact and workflow details, rather than passwords or customer records, when requesting a walkthrough.
This public website does not include advertising trackers or a contact-form database. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
Before using a pilot for your business
We’ll agree onboarding, supported workflows, access responsibilities, support and data-handling arrangements. Xero integration and automatic customer subscription billing are not part of the current pilot. Availability, recovery and retention commitments belong in the agreement for your business.
